Phil and I graduated from the Unversity of applied Sciences Hagenberg at the diploma program Media Technology and Design. That's where we first met. We are a couple since 2002, lived in Vienna for six years, moved to Tyrol, got married in 2010 and since 2014 we are proud parents. 2023 we moved to Graz, Styria.
We are often asked, how we manage to spend so much time together without getting in each others way. We have structured and shared our duties very well so that each person has their own area of responsibility. Of course it is not always easy but we like to say Challenge accepted!
every day.
Phil and I are a well-coordinated team, complement each other well, we are goal-oriented and leading in the same direction. We are loving partners and inspire each other to maximum achievements. The mutual support is self-evident, we give ourselves space to breathe and move together through thick and thin.
Quality is value that pays for itself.
This nice quote has a lot of truth in it and accompanies us for quite a while. We are firm believers that quality pays for itself in the end. Whether in private life or professional. Quality before quantity has always been our motto and that is how we make all of our decisions. We also try to convey this value to our daughter and are proud that this is already bearing fruit. Who knows where our travels will lead us and what role our daughter may have in our business, we look forward to what is coming and the challenges it will bring. If you would like to see some pictures of us and our family, just scroll down and you can get to know us!
I love sushi, pizza, strawberries and if there is something to celebrate then I will toast with a Gin-Tonic, Mojito or an Aperol Spritz. Traveling is my passion as well as skiing and reading a good book. Often it is the simple, banal things, like sitting on our terrace and enjoying the mountainous scenery that make me incredibly happy. Being an entrepreneur is an adventure I really love.
I like to have dinner with my wife, have a good conversation and enjoy a glass of wine. I love to travel, to relax in our hot tub and to cook a nice meal for my family. I have a daughter and playing with our sweetheart helps me to forget the world around me. Unfortunately, I also like talking business and making plans as they appear so my work has become my favorite hobby as well.
We are proud parents of a little girl. We love her to the moon and back and we will do our very best to be wonderful parents and friends in every situation of her life.
Nina & Phil graduated from the University of applied Sciences Hagenberg and moved to Vienna. Phil integrated his company founded in 2002 in a R&D organization focusing on virtual and augmented reality. Their work got published internationally at SIGGRAPH and EUROGRAPHICS.
Nina became a leading member of a software development team for a big international insurance company. Phil's company started to focus on product development and created the first large format interactive displays for events, trade fairs and shops.
Nina attended the masters class for photography and finally graduated with distinction. She decided to focus on photography, quit her job and founded her company Nina Hintringer Photography. She worked in the field of product and advertising photography and also captured her first wedding.
We never really felt at home in Vienna, so we decided to move to Tyrol. Not an easy decision as Phil had to split up with his company and Nina lost her built customer base in Vienna, so finally we had to start all over again.
We started focusing on weddings with Phil as second shooter and photographed our first international wedding. As our wedding clients were asking for invitations and thank-you cards, Phil also decided to create an online print platform for wedding stationery products: Dankeskarte.com
This year our very own wedding took place. We introduced our Photo Booth, built our own reference catalog for product- and advertising photography and collaborated with several hotels, Planlicht, Silberquelle and DAN-Küchen to create their international campaigns.
Our wedding photography business grew incredibly with bookings all over Europe. Rebranding took place and our new and exclusively English website launched 2012. Phil also won the award Tyrolean Entrepreneur of the year
with his continuously growing wedding stationery business www.dankeskarte.com.
Clients from Texas, Canada, Dubai, Singapore, Philadelphia, UK, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Netherlands, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Austria. Our work got published in various international magazines and blogs and we decided to merge our two companies into one big organziation.
The past years have been really busy and this year was all about a really special event: in March our baby girl was born. Nevertheless we photographed a limited number of weddings in Switzerland, Mallorca and Austria this year. Additionally our NHP iOS app finally hit the AppStore.
We traveled to Philadelphia, USA to photograph a wedding overseas and won marryMAG's photo contest. We moved into our new office, extended our team, invested in new printing and laser-cutting machines and developed a new Web2Print solution.
Relaunch of Dankeskarte.com took place and we could bring this brand to the next level. We won several international food photography contests, two famous international wedding photography awards and got published at the Photokina in Cologne.
Our brand new NHP website www.ninahintringer.com launched and we could not be happier with this new look and feel. Looking forward to what the next years have in store for us - WE ARE READY!
