Mountain Engagement Shoot | Platzlalm Zillertal | Angelina & Tobias

We have so many beautiful places here in Tyrol and this time we had the pleasure to meet Angelina and Tobias for their engagement photos at the Platzlalm in Kaltenbach, Zillertal at an elevation of 1,790 meters. I'm Tyrolean but the funny fact is that I've never been up there before - not in summer and not in winter. That's a wonderful side effect in our business - we get to know lots of great people and beautiful places. Some of these new places are closer - like this one - and some are really far away, it's always adventurous and never gets boring. Angelina and Tobias are from Germany, they love to ski in the Zillertal area and they are huge mountain lovers. So for them it was just obvious to choose a wedding venue in the middle of the mountains with great hospitality and a wonderful view. They will get married at the Platzlalm next summer and this time we took the opportunity to meet them during their holidays to create some great memories together.

It's always great to meet a bridal couple before their wedding for an engagement shoot as this is such a perfect possibility for both sides: you get to know each other, you can create beautiful pictures for your wedding invitations, you get a good feel for posing and so you will be way more relaxed in front of the camera on your wedding day.

Angelina and Tobias are really warm-hearted and kind, it was wonderful to spend an afternoon together. We explored the area near the Platzlalm and there was a lot of laughter. To sum it up: we had a lot of fun.
